The residue rubbed off fairly easily and didn't leave any damage
This tape holds very well and is on par with any other Gaff tape I have used in the past, though I have had a few instances where some residue was left by the tape, so I don't know how well it would perform over the long term. The residue rubbed off fairly easily and didn't leave any damage, though Gaff tape is not supposed to leave any residue at all. Again, it was very minor, but still something to consider before buying.
