Regular Minus 33's Merino Wool socks are made of thick and soft wool. They sit wonderfully on the foot and are very nicely finished. The Patriot's color is dark blue (almost black) with maroon accents. You are reserved and attractive. In size XL they fit me perfectly as a person who wears sneakers in size 10.5. I like extra long socks and these easily fit any requirement. They reach up to my lower leg and don't shift or slide down. They are pleasantly soft and warm, but not hot. I washed them in cold water in a front loading washing machine and tumble dried on low heat. They fit perfectly and are easy to stretch to their original shape. In general. cool socks.
