Something like a Rubik's Cube made from street pegs. You should sit on the bench and relax, twisting and bending until you find the right position. The footpegs themselves only fit into the plan one way, so do those first because that's your starting point. I spent an hour positioning myself on the bench before even trying to get her on the bike. I also wrapped one (only 1) turn of the friction tape to grab the pins and hold them tight against the guard bars or they would spin. It's snowing here in Minnesota right now, so the first road test is expected to be in a couple of weeks. I'll update this review after all the tweaking and swearing is over.
