Dangerous product in household fans

This is a dangerous product. I used it 3 times and stopped because it caused chemical burns in my mouth, throat and lungs. This device may not be sold. I expect a high compensation. I still can't eat or swallow well and I haven't used it since Halloween. I'm coughing up blood too. This is a dangerous product
