I just got a new portable washing machine for my apartment (panda, love it) and wanted it to be easy to move. It works very well and all 4 wheels have locks. It comes with its own screwdriver and tape measure for assembly! I was actually missing the 4 cap screws that you have to use to attach the stem from below, but they are so tight that I didn't need them. Be careful as the ends of these rods are sharp and I cut my hand trying to fit them into the corner piece. They also give you non-slip pieces of rubber to stick in corners, but I found it odd that there's no glue. to keep them in place so that when you use it somewhere else all the rubber corners just fall off. I only use it for the washing machine, so it's not a big deal, but if you use it for different items, you'll need to tape them or use double-sided tape.
