IOW, odor masking bags are rarely the same size, leading to (admittedly very slight) differences in the amount of masking provided.2. To make matters worse, these masking bags contain MUCH more granules than are needed to successfully mask the odor. Therefore I believe that at least twice the amount of granules is required. (I myself only use about 1/3 the amount of granules and have no odor issues. 3. If I buy more I remove all bags and pour the contents into the original container, then use a unit of measure to maintain consistency Product usage based on Economy is attributed: I consider an unacceptable amount of waste granules contained if the bags remain intact because the product masks the smell so well. So I save 2/3 of the granules, which of course corresponds to a saving of 2 /3 I recommend this savings potential to everyone who uses this product.
