It was the debut offering from the Effaclar brand. I put in a good year's worth of use with this gel. The gel can be applied and rinsed off easily, has a pleasant scent, and produces ample foam. The gel does a great job of washing away dirt and oil, and while it didn't make me want to squeak, it did leave my skin feeling clean and pure. I used it twice a day for an entire year due to my extremely oily skin. I was thrilled until he began his brutal drying technique. Thus, I switched to La Roche-Effaclar Posay's H foam and, to tell the truth, I am entirely and utterly satisfied with it.
