Everything is well thought out, I always have peace of mind knowing that it will be done exactly how we requested within our own deadlines! There was not anything at all i disliked about this experience with them.. I cannot speak to every detail they do but for me personally everything has gone great so far!! They are very flexible when it comes to editing things after hours or weekend days off as required by my schedule. The only downside there really isn't one - other than if you happen upon something specific and need more time/money given your budget constraints then just communicate and find an amicable solution (if possible). If anyone wants high quality customer service workmanlike professionalism with no drama involved please consider their services, in particular filerkeeper who's been working with us since early 2015 has never had any issue what-so-ever.. We couldnt ask for better people I love that it has everything you need to organize your file cabinet. It is very easy for my clients to use, and I like that all of their files are in one place. There really isn't anything that I dislike about this product! My clients have been so happy with this system! They keep every document organized and they never worry when something is missing. Their stress level is greatly reduced because everything is in one place!
