How hard is it to make lasagna?
I bought this for a friend of my upstairs neighbor after he made her cry for making him lasagna. She promises and promises, but never delivers. In any case, the skin under the eyes became red and irritated after prolonged crying. The soothing toner soothed some irritation but found its texture runny and watery. I don't think I would buy it.
