I looked at a lot of different kindle holders. I'm glad I chose this one. You can adjust the strap anywhere and at any angle, making it naturally comfortable and properly positioned. You will need to stick the softer side of the Velcro to the back of your Kindle for some time. I wouldn't want to remove it as there would likely be adhesive residue, but I've heard of Goo Gone or something. OTOH, it sticks well and doesn't seem to come loose even after countless strap adjustments. It's still soft and comfortable without the velcro, so sometimes I don't use the handle. You can position the grip to face the Kindle in any direction. I don't use a Kindle case, I just put my Kindle in a small carrying case. I don't know how this would work when attached to a matching Kindle case. So great buy.
