Once you figure out how to put your own mask's laces into a silicone mask, it works great. I have bought other mask liners just because they were tiny. This corresponds to a normal adult American. It's hard to rate comfort as wearing a mask is never the most comfortable thing, but it seems to allow room to speak and breathe compared to wearing a mask alone. The material has a slight smell, but after a few minutes I don't notice it anymore. Because it's silicone and you breathe it in, it gets a little wet and sticky on your face, but that's the nature of the situation. Overall very happy with how it attaches to the mask and stays in place!
