I bought this hoping it would help me wear a mask 10-12 hours a day at work. Helps pretty much. I am very surprised how much it helps to wear the mask easier and breathe easier. There is some sweat on the plastic in places with skin contact. It's much better than a fabric that rubs and gets wet when it's hot and humid. I'm sure it was worth the money to me. Once you figure out how to put your own mask's laces into a silicone mask, it works great. I have bought other mask liners just because they were tiny. This corresponds to a normal adult American.
