Looks good. Came with chips but I was able to assemble them so they are not visible. One of the included screws was damaged, but I was very impressed to find that extra screws were included to make the job easier. I'm a little worried about sliding on the table. When placing the monitor on the stand, the stand slipped off. Luckily, I managed to catch the monitor before it hit the floor, but not before it left a big dent in my desk. I ended up rearranging everything so that this stand was closer to the wall because now I don't trust the stand to not slide off during use.
