Smells good and keeps beard under control. I love that it lasts longer than other leave-in conditioners I've used, allowing me to take control before I leave the house. After using it for a few weeks I'm not sure if my beard is softer than before but when I put it on it feels soft and smooth. I would recommend this if you are looking for something that smells nice and can hold your hair in place. My biggest complaint is that the jar isn't a screw top and creates a vacuum when closed, so removing the lid is a bit difficult (but it's not that difficult).
