Judging by the reviews I had my doubts that these pants would be poorly made and I might have to send them back. When the goods arrived, the pants were very long and large. I'm 5'11 and slim (27-28 waist) so I was concerned the pants would be too short and too big. I washed the pants before putting them on and the pants shrunk at the waist and length. I am very happy with them because now they fit perfectly. I like the quality because the pants are light and cool for summer vacations. I suggest that the first time you wash/dry these pants, you "stretch" the legs once they come out of the dryer. They really are shrinking. But like I said, it worked fine for me.
