I think you get what you pay for buying a refurbished one. At least from the dealer I bought from, the monitor came in a box that was too big, the foam detached from the monitor and it fell down. The accessories were just thrown in without caring if it might damage/scratch the screen (there were abrasions on this one). The bezel/base of the monitor is in such bad condition probably because of the extra cables which are not very good. So this is disappointing. I bought 2, another will arrive next week and based on how this seller shipped this one I can probably assume it will be the same. Yes, and the power cord is also normal. I was having such a hard time getting dressed, how come on. The standard Thunderbolt 3 cable doesn't work at all with my Mac. Revain's other basic cable is a standard USB-C cable. They didn't even bother to clean it. It's so dusty and stained everywhere. This thing is back. Bottom line: if you spend that much money on a monitor, just buy a new one. It's not worth it, especially if you store it for a long time. There may be people who are lucky enough to get ones that are in better condition, or who don't bother with major scratches (on the screen/frame) and that's fine.
