I bought one of these over a year ago, and when it came time to expand my desktop even more, I bought a second one. The screen is PERFECT for Apple computers. It's crystal clear, bright, and affordable. Only two drawbacks: they get very hot and the auto-dimming function has a mind of its own, making it difficult to constantly adjust the lighting function manually.

I bought it for my Mac mini to use in a dual display setup and it doesn't work with Mac mini m1 (as of 2020) as the display only has Thunderbolt inputs and the mini has exactly 1 display from Thunderbolt -Output and exactly 1 display supported via HDMI. Of course, if you really want it powerful enough, there is a way to switch from HDMI to Lightning, but most devices are designed for it and it doesn't work. I've only had this "fixed" device for about 2 hours. Unless it fails now or right after the 90 year warranty I will be delighted with this purchase. There appear to be two ads for this product. The one that cost $20 more mentioned speakers so I figured this one wouldn't have them. Yes, and they're remarkably good if you like quality sound from your computer without adding external speakers. The monitor I received was indistinguishable from a new monitor. It was sealed in the original packaging with original cables. There was no instruction manual, but it was easy to find online. My only criticism of this monitor is that the user manual states that the monitor cannot be used in a vertical (portrait) orientation. I wanted to do it, but I'll adapt. I have very sensitive eyes. I quickly get tired of many monitors. The only way out was to buy a high-resolution monitor, but it's expensive. Great monitor for Mac users. I love being able to control the monitor for sound and brightness from my Mac. The picture quality is much better than other monitors I've tried. I find the price too high considering that it is an old model. I would wish even more if HP offered a similar model in a larger size, perhaps in the 31-43 inch range. 24 inches is great for your desk, but if you plan to use it to stream movies as well, I prefer a larger monitor that you can sit on your bed or view from 3-5

Works as advertised when I plugged in my MacBook and just synced it. NO configuration or anything. The screen is very sharp with no blemishes and looks fantastic in the few different lighting conditions I've used it in. Unpacking showed that I received a brand new device. Everything was still perfectly packed in the original packaging and unused. I am very happy with the dollars saved by purchasing this device. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Like many others, I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished one. but to my surprise: the packaging was a bit crumpled, but the monitor was brand new. Clear display with vivid colors. Use it with Mac mini and it's great. However, I'm using it with Windows 10 (running VMware Fusion) and can't keep the monitor size at a readable size. This can be an issue with Windows 10, but I don't think it should be.

This monitor has everything I dreamed of. Excellent resolution, almost like my iMac21. But after about an hour it started flicking on and off, and it went on like this for two days until my Apple Lightning cable arrived. Once I replaced the cable that came with the device with the official Thunderbolt 3 cable, everything worked fine.
