I wasn't willing to wait weeks for a new one from Apple, so I took a chance and bought this one from Revain, which I received a few days later. I already had an identical model from Apple and needed a second one for my studio. Although the model number is the same, it is slightly larger. It works great, nice clear screen and it comes with all the necessary cables to connect my MacBook Pro. Not sure if it was used, defective or a copy but the one I received looked brand new and worked like a charm.
