Like new, no portrait use.
The monitor I received was indistinguishable from a new monitor. It was sealed in the original packaging with original cables. There was no instruction manual, but it was easy to find online. My only criticism of this monitor is that the user manual states that the monitor cannot be used in a vertical (portrait) orientation. I wanted to do it, but I'll adapt. All in all, I'm very impressed with this "updated" monitor.
