I bought this product in August and I'm already seeing great results. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only change I made to the original guide is that I don't use regular coconut oil, it's hardened and it usually drives me crazy and it's too heavy for my hair type. The herbs aren't too aromatic so I'm not allergic so I highly recommend it.
