The serial number has been removed from the device! Nientendo cannot give us the unlock password. Can't play games!
The thing was too much! I thought I'd save a few. X and take used. At first we thought it was a good deal and my grandson was so happy to get what he asked for for his birthday. Then his parents bought him a game but it didn't play. It required a password which we didn't have. I contacted Revain and they said to get it direct from nientendo. When we contacted Nientendo they asked for a serial number. The serial number was removed from the device, indicating the item was stolen or otherwise illegal. The return date has already passed, so it looks like we're stuck. We will continue to receive approval from Revain.
