I'm glad I bought this backpack! I noticed that it has a lot more pockets than other brands I've seen and actually has quite a bit of space. Maybe it's unusual, but I use it for motorbike rides as it can get pretty hot during the day. You can definitely take a quick sip at a traffic light. I love the feeling of a cold pouch of water reaching my back and helping me cool down. I also take it with me when I travel, when I go for a walk in a big park or on hikes. At first I was a bit confused about how the straw works, but it's not difficult to understand. 100% would recommend to friends and family.
