I'm a size 4/6, bust 36C, medium fits perfectly. As other ladies said, the bust was not as accurate as I would have liked. Also, the wires appear to be pierced at the end (fin area). I wore a wide black sash (clasp in the back to keep the ribs from bunching at the sides). Worked well for $16! I have received many compliments on my Playboy Bunny costume. picture posted.
