So Santa gave this for Christmas. I was hesitant due to feedback that their name patch isn't big enough to accommodate specific names. And sure enough, after pushing five letters in, everything melted as I stroked it. As if it were on fire. So plan b was to remove the velcro patch that was sewn into the backpack (I used small seeding scissors) and just paint the letters and rainbow onto the backpack. I covered the letters with a towel and put the iron on top. Worked perfectly. It took longer because of the towel so ignore the 20 second rule and I just kept checking. Overall I think it works much better without the patch. She loves it and it's well made, lasts longer than I thought it would.
