Needed a great easy to use locking caster for my homemade flight simulator chair. You exceed all expectations! I have a seat from a recent wreck car (like the new one weighs about 100lbs) that is heavy and has full performance options. I welded a special frame (covered in car carpet) to fit these casters and installed the seat. The roller legs are up and it rolls where I want with ease. The foot ratchet is down, its firmness maintained no matter how aggressively I press the handlebar pedals. Good product! FYI, if you use it on a slightly uneven surface, you can independently raise them to different heights and level the product perfectly.
