VERY BRIGHT. Not actually waterproof, but it lasts quite long regardless. Also.don't actually put clear lipgloss over the top of it. It burned the hell out of my lips so there's a unique ingredient in there that react too well with lipgloss, because I tried the lipgloss alone. Just fine. All the colours by itself just fine. Combo?
