This is better than expected. Good sound. Waterproof. The bass reproduction is excellent. And I love bass. I've had it for 6 months or so and so far so good. 1 year update * I've had the speaker for 1 year and when I play it now it turns off after about 30 minutes when not plugged into the charger. I googled the problem and it looks like a lot of other people are having the same problem. I bought an extended warranty, called them and all they offered was to send it back and get a refund. But I want to have my speaker repaired so the warranty doesn't meet my expectations. I'm a bit disappointed with the guarantee and the service they are trying to give me. I just want my speaker fixed because I really like the sound and quality of the speaker other than the battery issue. Update: new battery, problem solved.
