The reviews I read agree with this item and that is what I based my purchase on. I like that the belt fits well under clothing. I wear a belt when I work all day; My position requires a lot of walking and bending over. The problem I have with this belt is that it curls up on the edges. I tried twisting the strap the other way hoping it would straighten but unfortunately it is now twisted on both ends. After curling happened I don't think it works as well as it should. I do not recommend this product quality. If anyone knows of a better product, please let us know. Many Thanks
