It was fun to play with but I bought it as a cake topper for shark themed parties. I'm so glad I bought it. I was able to fill it and position it perfectly on my cake, saving me money on a custom cake.

The puppet we received does NOT look like the photo. We are very disappointed! The pupa we received is light gray with no depth or detail and no dorsal fin. My son specifically chose this doll for its level of detail and lifelike appearance. He said "We have a dolphin with teeth!" I will contact customer service for a refund. My son is so sad about this :(

Bought for my 2 year old shark lover. He loves to play with him and imagine something. It can even be taken into the bath to play with and is easy to clean and dry. He's sticky, but that doesn't bother him. We had no issues with hair sticking or anything like that, or paint peeling off as I've seen in some reviews. Definitely more for a small hand than an adult.

I was definitely expecting something bigger and more durable. I've read the description and I still haven't gotten over the thought that it will barely fit in my hand. I guess my 6 year old grandson would love this as a cake topper. But I have to stop it. It's a strange, almost sticky gum. It is easy to handle, but even completely dry it feels wet. I bought this for my 4 year old daughter, she loves the shark doll. Cheese! This doll is very soft, made of thick sticky soft rubber material. (I have to wash it every other day because things like lint stick to it and also makes it live on my arm. Lol) It just fits my large arm, perfect for my 4 year old. It looks the same as the shark doll on YouTube and can make facial expressions very easily, it is very flexible and stretchable. I can't comment on durability as we've only had it for a week.
