Review on LOOHUU by Matthew Davenport

LOOHUU has been a terribly frustrating experience for me. Although they promised to have high-quality supplies for outdoor living spaces, the reality was very different from what was promoted. The goods I got were of incredibly low grade. The furnishings was uncomfortable and of poor quality construction, and the tableware was flimsy and easily broke. The artificial vegetation also lacked authenticity and appeared extremely fake. They had obviously made no effort to make their products appear realistic. But more than the goods themselves disappointed. Additionally, the customer care was appalling. They were dismissive and unhelpful when I called them regarding the subpar products. They obviously didn't value my company or care whether I was a happy customer. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone to use LOOHUU. Both the goods and the customer support were of poor quality and not worth the cost. Avoid disappointment by doing your shopping elsewhere if you need an outdoor living area.
