I was looking for a small under counter microwave and found it worth the cost. On the positive side, it fits perfectly. On the other hand, the microwave feels and is very poorly finished. Food takes a long time to heat up, the lights stopped working after the first week, and after three months of owning the microwave it now makes crazy clicks and flashes when turned on. I registered my microwave when I bought it so I assumed it was under warranty. After waiting an hour on the phone for customer service, what this actually means is that GE will send me a good faith letter promising to refund my original after-tax cost if I buy another microwave. So much paperwork that takes 6-8 weeks to process, and while it's not a lot of money, it's just impractical to pay another $12 in taxes for a second microwave, especially when it's already overpriced and very poor quality .
