I was thrilled when I saw the price of these sheets. I have a sheex set on my bed now, but I remember about a year ago they were about $200 for a queen set. I didn't really think much about the replacement set, I only have one bedroom, but I ordered them because I liked the color and thought the quality would be about right. I was wrong. If you spill a liter of water, I think these sheets will have a very difficult time wiping it off. They're thin like grated garlic and not as soft as we'd like. I slept really well on it last night, that's it, but I'm looking forward to putting my other sheets back on the bed. I don't know about the thread count, but I assume it should be pretty low. I hate being so negative because the price is impressive but the threads are already hanging on them like they might unravel in the future. To be honest, unfortunately I'll probably end up sacrificing them to goodwill.
