Can you crop to fit? Yes, but you will void your warranty.

A deck bulkhead and each of the 6 areas that needed curtains would require a custom fit which would cost $$$$. I've searched long and hard for an option for these open spaces to place or carve at home, but to no avail. We used to install these Home Depot vinyl and PVC blinds that were at least 20 years old (old fashioned cord) which we cut back at the time, but some of the cords eventually broke. Unable to find anything else, I reverted to what we were familiar with with these, albeit in white (the previous one was brown). Nothing was found online about how to cut such buns, but I knew they could be as we've done before (however, we've done a much more thorough and successful job using the teachings from the originals (TIPS NEXT CUT!As one reviewer said they are so cheap it was worth a try although you have to understand this voids the warranty (obviously) safe design but just not sure how long the 'thicker threads' last the blinds will hold the rolled up weight some of the blinds up - let's see... even - I doubt I'll have to roll up or down many times due to this new and improved security design Of the 6 blinds I required for my order I found and placed 2 separate orders with other sellers for the other 2 blinds I needed, but it worked out great 6.48 inches, and each had to go on one or both n sides to be cut smaller. Before cutting, follow standard measurement guidelines (measure width top to bottom and cut to edge). smaller width). Two important points to measure: 1. Measure the width of the window (shortest maximum) and determine where it will fall on the blind, taking into account where the threads and slats will be cut. There is a pattern 1", 2" in the thread of the lamellae; You should cut where you have the maximum transverse seam left after cutting (e.g. you don't want to cut so close to the thread that the batten could fall out). so far that the BASIC thread is removed (this BASIC (thick) thread is the anchor for wireless hooks by design). 2. It is IMPORTANT that before you cut you also consider where the top hooks in the header fit into your calculations. Used for cutting: - tape measure - marker/pen - masking tape - hand saw (to cut the top and bottom "rails") - sharp scissors (I used wallpaper scissors) PROCEDURE: After measuring for each "window" I unfolds and spreads the blinds on the floor of the terrace. I used the space between the decking boards to help with thread and board alignment and ultimately as a guide for the handsaw and wallpaper cutter. Considering the width of your blinds and head hooks, determine where is best to mark your cuts. I used masking tape on the slats to hold them in place while cutting (very helpful and I don't think I would have cut if I hadn't done this step). boards (using masking tape as a guide) and then again using a handsaw to cut the guide off. A timely process but overall very easy and cheap and I am very happy with the results. Oh, and while I've always been a do-it-yourself woman, I don't want to share my age, but I promise if I can, so can you. Your only risk is losing $15 if you take a blind test first; unless you have an injury from a handsaw and scissors (I hope not!)

Pros
  • Oval 1/4 inch vinyl slats
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
