I purchased this for a basement rental I just moved into. I watched too much true crime to trust a basement window, so I wanted to cover these up immediately. My lease does not allow for anything to be hung without landlord approval, so curtains or blinds are not an option. I was hoping that this film would be more private given the listing photos, but it is very sheer. It is pretty, and I love the colors it adds to my walls!

I've used this product in a few different locations. It's relatively easy to install. I would highly recommend you use a small felt wrapped squeegee (like what is used on car wraps). It's a little larger than a credit card but has felt around the edge. So it works, but I have it in an office bathroom window that is weirdly by an outside walkway. When tested, people cannot actually see in, but if you do not test it then it doesn't look private. People keep closing the blinds and defeating the purpose of this. I have other films that you can't see specific details outside that work better.

This was easy to install in a short period of time with things I had around the house (spray bottle. Measuring tape. Box cutter. This does not provide privacy at all if you’re standing right outside the window. Maybe from across the street it does, but up close you can see EVERYTHING. It is not frosted, and the gaps in the design are big enough to be able to look right through.However the rainbow effect is very pretty. It was really easy to install as well.

Very easy to install and true to what it said about rainbows, the only drawback is being able to see thru a bit more than I wanted (privacy.) I'm not sure how it looks outside in but I can clearly see the outline of the neighbors trees and hot water heater. The film goes up very easy. I had the take the film back off because of a damaged window. The film came up without any issues and was reapplied to the new window without any issues. The only thing I don't like about the film is how bright the window becomes, you cannot look at the window straight on when the sun is hitting the window. Oh, this product is amazing super easy to install and it looks great. I especially love when the sun is hitting it at the perfect angle and I get all the rainbows I recommend this. This also is a great way for people not to look inside the window, but they can see a blur, but they really can’t see what’s inside.

Took me no time at all to align, mark and cut, and apply these beautiful plastic filter to the glass door panels in the security door. I love it and loved the style. But I ordered the 157 in the length and it was only 117. I didn’t see that until I already cut it. I had plans to use one long piece cut in half to cover a full window. And now I am unable to do so and have to use it differently. The product is great. But you should really make sure what size you are sending to customers.

I like the picture of the product and that's to reason I ordered it. Upon receipt it is clear and has no color. It is not what I wanted at all. The plus of this product was the length was perfect for my project, as I needed 99" and this roll came in 118".
