I bought this dress for carnival and walked into the room and everyone stopped and looked at me. The dress was amazing and fit me perfectly. I've always been a bit skeptical when it comes to ordering sizes online, but this one fits perfectly. Maybe I could decrease the size but as my husband and I are professional dancers I wanted them to be a little looser so they could move freely. I'm 5'7, 170 lbs so didn't want it to be limited so I went for XL. So I really recommend this dress for a wonderful formal event.
