It was easy to setup, it works great with our existing infrastructure (including barcode scanner), has good reporting features for invoicing etc., can be integrated easily into other systems such as accounting software or ERP system like SAP Business One / Successfactors/etc - we are using this integration in order solve one of main problems which is invoice generation time by synchronising customer data from different sources including Accounting System and CRM database so that all information will always match up when generating an Invoice;.
