Review on OWC Superslim USB 2.0 Enclosure: MacBook & MacBook Pro Unibody Compatible with Apple SuperDrive by Evan Haynes

It was easy to reinstall my existing MBP 2011 CD drive into an OWC SuperSlim case; The drive works exactly as if it were internal! I'm glad I have extra room in my laptop for more memory. I'm a little worried about the build quality though: it seems to be quite hard plastic, but as someone mentioned in a previous review I don't think I would trust it to stack things on top of a super slim storage case. All in all a great little case to remake your old CD drive, the instructions to build were simple and easy but the build quality is a bit of a concern. But I'm not worried about damaging the drive, they're so cheap anyway (and faster than mine) now I'll just upgrade them at some point. Enjoy shopping!
