Review on LATO by Mark Welling

We use Lato's platform at work as well so that we can have our internal processes in order which also benefits us externally when clients come into contact via social media or other means of communication; I don't dislike anything about it! The only thing i would say if there was any way they could improve their product/service by having more features available such as being able to upload videos / images etc., This has helped me greatly because before this service my job involved doing all these tasks manually (which took up too much valuable office space).
