Great as a mouse pad and ideal for making to-do lists or notes. Pages are thicker than expected. Gives it a durable/high quality look. The back of the notebook is made of cardboard which provides a hard/smooth writing surface. Before purchasing, I was a little nervous that the corners of the page would "curl up" (like my notebook does even after the slightest use). However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a tear on the top of the lining and on the left side of the lining. Pages stay flat - for a neat/clean look. In the upper right corner it says: Hopes for this week (with "high medium" and "low" flags) Results of the week (with "high medium" and "low" flags) Middle section shows: Weekdays "Monday - Friday" with Space to write the date under the day of the week Also alternating white and light orange lines for making notes/to-do lists There is a checkbox at the end of each day The five flags are: -M: 1 down T: 3 forward W: Den Climb hump Th: Can you try that F: TGIF , Orange title with white light orange lines/sections/titles.
