But I love the blue color
How many times have you heard that? Blue light, bad. Staring at a screen, tablet, or e-book causes terrible eye strain. We all know it, and yet many of us continue to do it unprotected. I ordered these glasses to help and I'm glad I did. Four pairs that feel like premium eyewear. They effectively block blue light and serve as a reader for me at this moment even if I'm reading paper. I just realized my eyes like the shade more and so does my brain. They could be a bit cheaper - about $20 for four - but I'd definitely recommend buying one.
