Review on 🚚 Apex RBG-01 38-inch Large Soft-Side Vehicle Cargo Rack Bag - 15 Cubic Feet by Mike Larkin

Completely unimpressed with this product. Waste of money unfortunately but we threw away the original packaging so I stuck with it. The material is CHEAP. The straps it comes with are complete crap and we almost lost our bag on the road in a few minutes. Luckily we were near a Walmart and ran there and bought extra straps/stoppers to secure it properly. There are only 3 straps on each side of the bag. You will need about 6 pieces on each side. We got caught in a storm with strong direct winds and it lifted the bag almost a foot off the roof. If we don't stop and get more links/limiters we would lose EVERYTHING. Ties should be on all 4 sides. The bag is too big for three thin drawstrings on each of the long sides. It's also less waterproof. Luckily I read the reviews and saw other complaints about some of the leaks and planned accordingly. For the price compared to other similar products this was a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it unless you drive short distances and know there won't be bad weather along the way. Also, only 2 large suitcases will fit in as there is no "recoil" inside the bag. I suggest packing anything oddly shaped into two large hard-shell bags, otherwise most items won't fit.
