Came up with a broken windshield (transparent plastic part), which isn't critical at all. Until I noticed that there is no user manual either. I shrugged again and got to work. Nothing. Wouldn't weigh a shit. So I took it apart and looked. Nothing looked broken. Collected back and started the return process. Returns are a nuisance. Then I started squeezing the damn scale as hard as I could with my fingers (no bodyweight used, just finger strength) and low and the damn thing started to work. I had to really push myself for the actual weigh-in part and that apparently caused him to start gaining weight. After all of this (which took an hour of my time) I have a scale that works reasonably well. It bounces all over the place for about 10 seconds, then you can reset it. Wait 10 seconds. If it's stable at zero I can get accurate readings. It is time consuming and troublesome to use. Maybe it really is just broken, but then again. it's right if it doesn't take forever to settle down and be useful. The support phone number is either disabled or not in use. If you email them during business hours, you won't get any replies either. So if you didn't get a manual either, forget it. There isn't even a pdf online that you can download. I really wanted to use this for counting seeds but now I have to settle for expensive scales that didn't come with plain papers, didn't work and didn't do what I literally bought them to do. Wasted time and money. You're free to do the same, but take my word for it. better go somewhere else.
