I needed a smaller coffee maker as the one I have is for 6 people and it's just me. This option is ideal for one person. That makes 3 shots, but 3 shots is 3 shots of espresso, which is not the size of a coffee cup, which is larger. For some reason this seems lost for some users. 3 shots of espresso are 3 shots, not cups. It takes about 5 minutes to cook on the stove. I then let it cool for a few minutes before watering. I wait at least a few hours before cleaning the pot as the coffee grounds inside need to dry before I can easily disassemble it.
