I like that it allows me to view all of my products in one place, which makes managing inventory much easier than having to go into multiple systems. It also has an excellent help section with videos and tutorials available if you ever have any questions or concerns about using the product. There are some things they could do better though - sometimes there's lag time while loading pages, and when searching through your items you can't click on them until after you've clicked "next" several times (you need to refresh). This isn't too big of a deal because everything works well once you get used to it, but this does make finding certain parts more difficult at first. We use factory MRI primarily as our main system for tracking our inventory. It helps us keep track of what we're selling so we know how many units we should order next month,.
