Review on ๐Ÿช‘ Grey/Natural Delta Children Essex Convertible Changing Table with Drawer by Shah Nelson

Durable piece of furniture, wrong color handles

My husband asked me what the heck I bought when this box arrived - it's HEAVY! It took quite a while to assemble, but it wasn't difficult, it just took a long time to assemble all the screws and many parts. It looks very stable and high quality and I'm happy with it. It is planned that my daughter will continue to use it after we no longer need it as a changing table, so quality was an important factor. There was some minor damage to the fairing - 2 spots where the white fairing had chipped off. on the bottom shelf and then a flattened corner on the top. The box and packaging were undamaged, so the package was sent in this condition. It's a little disappointing as the chips are prominently displayed on the shelf, but it's no big deal. For me the bigger issue is that I saw what another reviewer had: the drawer handles that were sent to me are white, not the brown/wood trim like the legs. It really makes the legs appear like a random different color and not part of the design, and it doesn't look as good as it does in the photos where the arms and legs match. I will be submitting a request for replacement grips through the Delta Children website and hopefully get the correct finish.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Sad hardware
