It's not the best, but it's actually very good.
I replaced my old TN 60 FPS display with this one and it makes a difference day after night. This display does nothing wrong and the colors are very strong. 75 works fine. Don't expect 75Hz to be a huge difference from 60Hz, but you can see it. I recommend it, especially when it's on sale!
