Very Easy To Use ! on my review.
These jump ropes are amazing to use! My brother and I use them all the time and they weren’t hard to figure out how to shorten the length. For the length all you have to do is untwist the handle and once it comes off you take the cover off of the white thing and pull it to the desired length!
