I really appreciate all aspects of this foot/ankle cooling therapy! It stays cold for the 15-20 minutes it takes me to fix my sprained ankle. After a few hours in the freezer it will get cold enough to use again. It is comfortable and safe to walk on. I like that the gel holder pockets can be moved/adjusted inside the cape. It's great that you can buy more gel packs so you don't have to wait for the cape to cool down again. Freezer. 2 more of them would be very helpful to me now. I highly recommend this cold foot and ankle wrap! Extremely well designed!
