DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Overall, we didn't use the headphones more than 10 times for short videos. Charged twice. Now the charging station has gone inside and can no longer be charged, turning it into a worthless piece of plastic. This is obviously a manufacturing defect, there are many reports that the charging point broke after a short time. I contacted their support team and got a general response to go to their website. After that, they completely ignore you and do not reply to your emails. (File number CASE1281153, CASE1280042). Obviously, the guarantee they advertise means nothing. I'm an international customer, I've already paid for shipping to my country and now I have to pay them for shipping back so maybe they'll give me a coupon(!).
