Furthermore, while their staff of specialists is generally helpful, there have been a few instances where I felt like they were more interested in making jokes than helping me with my inquiries. While I like a good laugh as much as the next person, I think that customer service is something that needs to be treated seriously. Businesses like Lykus should put their clients' needs first and make sure that every connection is fruitful and educational.
